C.R.S. § 22-32.5-106

Innovation planning

Known as the Innovation Schools Act

The act spans §§ 22-32.5-101 to 22-32.5-111 (12 sections).

Each public school and each local school board is authorized and encouraged to seek and accept public and private gifts, grants, and donations to offset the costs of developing and implementing innovation plans and plans for creating innovation school zones.
