In exercising their powers and duties pursuant to this article, the board and the division shall be subject to the open meetings provisions of the “Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972”, article 6 of title 24 , C.R.S., as set forth in part 4 of said article, and the open records provisions set forth in article 72 of title 24 , C.R.S.
