C.R.S. § 22-52-107

It is the intent of the general assembly that, after the initial appropriation made to the department of education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1985, the responsibilities and duties specified in this article shall be performed by the department of education and the participating school districts through the funding available pursuant to the “Public School Finance Act of 1994”, article 54 of this title.
