C.R.S. § 22-9.5-101

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Scholarship program” means the principal development scholarship program created in section 22-9.5-102 . (2) “State board” means the state board of education created and existing pursuant to section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.
