C.R.S. § 22-99-105

For the 2019-20 state fiscal year, the general assembly shall appropriate one million one hundred thousand dollars from the marijuana tax cash fund, created in section 39-28.8-501 , to the department to implement the pilot program. Any money appropriated for the pilot program pursuant to this section that is not expended prior to July 1, 2020, is further appropriated to the department for the 2020-21 through 2023-24 state fiscal years for the same purpose.
