C.R.S. § 23-31-401

As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Forest product” means any natural part of any plant including, but not limited to, firewood, logs, trees, evergreen boughs, and transplants in commercial quantities. (2) “Person” means an individual, partnership, corporation, firm, or association. (3) “Transplant” means any live plant that has been excavated and moved for the purpose of planting in a different location.
