C.R.S. § 23-71-201

As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board” means the state board for community colleges and occupational education created pursuant to section 23-60-104 . (2) “Eligible elector” of a local college district means an elector who has complied with the registration provisions of article 2 of title 1 , C.R.S., and who resides within the local college district.
