C.R.S. § 24-30-1520

Authorization by law to settle claims or to pay judgments

Known as the Address Confidentiality Program Act

The act spans §§ 24-30-1001 to 24-30-2212 (115 sections).

This part 15 is an authorization by law pursuant to section 33 of article V of the Colorado constitution to settle claims brought against the state, its officials, or its employees or to pay judgments against the state, its officials, or its employees. No moneys in the state treasury shall be disbursed therefrom for the settlement of a claim brought against the state, its officials, or its employees or for the payment of judgments against the state, its officials, or its employees except as provided in this part 15.
