C.R.S. § 24-31-1001

As used in this part 10, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Commission” means the commission on improving first responder interactions with persons with disabilities created in section 24-31-1002 . (2) “First responder” means a peace officer, firefighter, or emergency medical service provider. (3) “Person with a disability” has the same meaning set forth in section 18-6.5-102 (11), and includes a person with dementia diseases and related disabilities. (4) “P.O.S.T. board” means the peace officers standards and training board created in section 24-31-302 .
