C.R.S. § 24-31-1301

As used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Division of labor standards and statistics” means the division of labor standards and statistics in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-1-103 . (2) “Division of unemployment insurance” means the division of unemployment insurance in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-71-101 . (3) “Unit” means the worker and employee protection unit created in section 24-31-1302 .
