As used in this part 7, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) “Department” means the department of law. (2) Repealed. (3) “Review board” means the Colorado domestic violence fatality review board created in section 24-31-702 . (4) “Review team” means a local or regional domestic violence fatality review team.
