C.R.S. § 24-37-101

As used in this article 37, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Capital construction” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (2). (2) “Capital renewal” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (3). (3) “Controlled maintenance” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (4), including the limitations specified in section 24-30-1303.9 . (4) “Director” means the director of the office of state planning and budgeting. (5) “Information technology budget request” has the meaning set forth in section 2-3-1701 (8). (6) “Office” means the office of state planning and budgeting.
