(1) The authority shall fund its operations from: (a) Federal moneys granted or allocated to the authority; (b) Website advertising; (c) Moneys, goods, or in-kind services donated from public or private sources; (d) Moneys loaned to the authority by any person or entity; (e) Moneys derived from the issuance and sale of bonds; or (f) Moneys derived from the sale of services, products, or information.
