C.R.S. § 24-4.1-207

Applicability

Known as the Colorado Crime Victim Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 24-4.1-100.1 to 24-4.1-502 (49 sections).

This part 2 shall apply to offenses committed on or after January 1, 1985.
