C.R.S. § 24-77-202

(1) At the election held on November 7, 2023, the secretary of state shall submit to the registered electors of the state for their approval or rejection the following ballot issue: “Shall the state reduce property taxes for homes and businesses, including expanding property tax relief for seniors, and backfill counties, water districts, fire districts, ambulance and hospital districts, and other local governments and fund school districts by using a portion of the state surplus up to the proposition HH cap as defined in this measure?” (2) For purposes of section 1-5-407 , the ballot issue is a proposition to be identified as “proposition HH”. Section 1-40-106 (3)(d) does not apply to the ballot issue.
