C.R.S. § 25.5-5-331

Federally qualified health center

Known as the State Health Care Policy and Financing Act

The act spans §§ 25.5-10-101 to 25.5-5-804 (305 sections).

(1) Costs associated with services provided by clinical pharmacists through a federally qualified health center, as defined in the federal “Social Security Act”, 42 U.S.C. sec. 1395 x (aa)(4), are considered allowable costs for the purpose of a federally qualified health center’s cost report and must be included in the calculation of the reimbursement rate for a patient visit at a federally qualified health center. (2) The state department shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this section.
