C.R.S. § 25-1-1502

As used in this part 15, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Council” means the Colorado rare disease advisory council created in section 25-1-1503 . (2) “Department” means the department of public health and environment. (3) “Facilitator” means the person selected by the council to facilitate the work of the council as described in section 25-1-1507 . (4) “Rare disease” means a disease that affects fewer than two hundred thousand people in the United States.
