C.R.S. § 25-20.5-102

As used in this article 20.5, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Department” means the department of public health and environment, created pursuant to section 25-1-102 . (2) “Division” means the prevention services division created in section 25-20.5-103 . (3) “Executive director” means the executive director of the department of public health and environment. (4) “Prevention, intervention, and treatment program” means a program that provides prevention, intervention, or treatment services. (5) “Prevention, intervention, and treatment services” means services that are designed to promote the well-being of youth and their families by decreasing high-risk behaviors, strengthening healthy behaviors, and promoting family stability. (6) Repealed.
