C.R.S. § 25-20.5-1401

As used in this part 14, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Community partners” means health-care providers, health-care provider trade associations, and health-care-focused nonprofit organizations. (2) “Peer support” means programs and services that match a person with lived or occupational experience to an individual with a similar lived or occupational experience. (3) “Pre-clinical” means nonemergency programs or services that do not require a formal referral from a primary care provider.
