As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “County department” means the county or district department of human or social services. (2) “Local or regional review team” means a local or regional child fatality prevention review team established pursuant to section 25-20.5-404 . (3) “State review team” means the Colorado state child fatality prevention review team created pursuant to section 25-20.5-406 . (4) Repealed.
