C.R.S. § 25-27.5-110

(1) This article 27.5 is repealed, effective September 1, 2028. (2) Before repeal, the department of regulatory agencies shall review the licensing of home care agencies and the registering of home care placement agencies as provided in section 24-34-104 , C.R.S. In conducting its review and compiling its report pursuant to section 24-34-104 (5), C.R.S., the department of regulatory agencies shall segregate the data in the report based on the type of agency, specifying whether the agency is: (a) A home care agency that provides skilled home health services; (b) A home care agency that only provides personal care services; or (c) A home care placement agency.
