(1) A health-care entity shall not limit, by contract or other means, the right of a physician or dentist to enforce this article. (2) This article may be enforced in a civil action, and any remedies at law and in equity shall be available. (3) A violation of this article by a health-care entity shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice under part 11 of article 3 of title 10 , C.R.S.
