C.R.S. § 25-4-1002.5

As used in this part 10, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Birthing facility” means a general hospital or birthing center licensed or certified pursuant to section 25-1.5-103 . (2) “Department” means the department of public health and environment. (3) “State board” means the state board of health in the department.
