As used in this section and sections 25-4-1403 to 25-4-1405 , unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Program” means the Colorado HIV and AIDS prevention grant program created in section 25-4-1403 . (2) “State board” means the state board of health created in section 25-1-103 .
