C.R.S. § 25-4-712

(1) It is unlawful for any person: (a) To make a material misstatement or provide false information to the department during an official disease investigation; (b) To violate a provision of this part 7 or a rule promulgated pursuant to this part 7; (c) To aid or abet another in a violation of this part 7 or a rule promulgated pursuant to this part 7; (d) To refuse to permit entry or inspection in accordance with section 25-4-710 . (e) to (k)(Deleted by amendment, L. 94, p. 1298, § 5, effective July 1, 1994.)
