(1) At any time, an individual may rescind his or her request for medical aid-in-dying medication without regard to the individual’s mental state. (2) An attending physician shall not write a prescription for medical aid-in-dying medication under this article unless the attending physician offers the qualified individual an opportunity to rescind the request for the medical aid-in-dying medication.
