C.R.S. § 25-5.5-302

As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Confectionery” means candy, cakes, cookies, and glazed fruit. (2) “Department” means the department of public health and environment or its authorized representative. (3) “Mix” means the pasteurized unfrozen combination of all ingredients of a frozen dairy dessert with or without fruits, fruit juices, chocolate, cocoa, confectionery, nut meats, flavor, or harmless color.
