(1) On or after January 1, 1987, a person shall not advertise to sell, offer to sell, or sell a new wood stove in Colorado unless: (a) The particular model of wood stove or the particular configuration of wood stove appliance has been evaluated to determine its emission performance and has been certified by the air quality control division under the program established under this part 4; and (b) An emission performance label is attached to the wood stove.
