This part 10 does not affect or supersede the protections granted to park residents pursuant to other statutes, including article 12 of title 38 . If a court determines that a provision of this part 10 conflicts with a provision of article 12 of title 38 , the court shall apply the statute that grants the stronger protection to the park resident.
