As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Facility” means an agency meeting the standards described in section 27-81-106 (1) and approved pursuant to section 27-81-106 . (2) “Pilot program” means the child care services and substance use disorder treatment pilot program created in this part 3.
