As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board of commissioners” means the board of commissioners of veterans community living centers created in section 26-12-402 . (2) “Office” means the office within the state department responsible for the oversight of veterans community living centers, or its successor agency, in the state department.
