Privatization of child support enforcement programs

Known as the Colorado Child Support Enforcement Act

The act spans §§ 26–26 (37 sections).

The state department shall consult with the counties to determine what services of the child support enforcement program may be advantageous to privatize. The state department is authorized to procure such services on behalf of participating counties if the participating counties and the state department agree to such procurement.
