Short title

Known as the Colorado Human Services Code

The act spans §§ 26-1-101 to 26-8.3-105 (194 sections).

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Emergency Assistance for Families with Children at Imminent Risk of Out-of-Home Placement Act”.
