C.R.S. § 26-6.8-101

As used in this article 6.8, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board” means the Tony Grampsas youth services board created in section 26-6.8-103 . (2) “Entity” means a local government, a Colorado public or not-for-profit school, a group of public or not-for-profit schools, a school district or group of school districts, a board of cooperative services, an institution of higher education, the Colorado National Guard, or a private nonprofit or not-for-profit community-based organization. (3) “Executive director” means the executive director of the state department of human services. (4) “State department” means the state department of human services.
