C.R.S. § 26-7.8-102

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Division” means the division of housing within the department of local affairs created in section 24-32-704 , C.R.S. (1.5) “Executive director” means the executive director of the department of local affairs. (2) “Homeless prevention activities program” means a community-based or community-oriented program which is operated by the division and established pursuant to the criteria set forth in section 26-7.8-103 to assist in preventing families and other persons from becoming homeless. (3) Repealed. (4) “Unit of local government” means a county, city and county, city, town, or municipality.
