The department of health care policy and financing shall cooperate with any organizations that desire to assist the department of health care policy and financing in the provision of services connected with the treatment program for high-risk pregnant and parenting women. Organizations may provide services that are not provided to persons pursuant to the treatment program for high-risk pregnant and parenting women, article 2 of title 26 , and articles 4, 5, and 6 of title 25.5, which may include, but shall not be limited to, needs assessment services, preventive services, rehabilitative services, care coordination, nutrition assessment, psychosocial counseling, intensive health education, home visits, transportation, development of provider training, child care, and other necessary components of residential or outpatient treatment or care.
