C.R.S. § 28-3.1-501

Known as the Colorado Code

The act spans §§ 28-3.1-101 to 28-3.1-607 (131 sections).

A “principal”, as used in this code, means any person punishable under this code who commits an offense punishable by this code or intentionally aids, abets, counsels, commands, solicits, or procures its commission or intentionally causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or her would be punishable by this code.
