C.R.S. § 28-3.1-507

Fraudulent enlistment, appointment, or separation

Known as the Colorado Code

The act spans §§ 28-3.1-101 to 28-3.1-607 (131 sections).

(1) Any person shall be punished as a court-martial directs if he or she: (a) Procures his or her own enlistment or appointment in the state military forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his or her qualifications or medical fitness for that enlistment or appointment and receives pay or allowances thereunder; or (b) Procures his or her own separation from the state military forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his or her eligibility for that separation.
