C.R.S. § 29-23-103

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Authority” means the Pueblo depot activity development authority created by this article. (2) “Board” means the board of directors of the Pueblo depot activity development authority. (3) “Bond” means any bond, note, interim certificate, contract, or other evidence of indebtedness of the authority authorized by this article. (4) “Revenues” means any fees, rates, charges, assessments, grants, contributions, or other income and revenues received by the authority.
