Voting twice

Known as the Colorado Municipal Election Code

The act spans §§ 31-10-1001 to 31-10-913 (162 sections).

Any person who votes more than once or, having voted once, offers to vote again or offers to deposit in the ballot box more than one ballot commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
