Altering posted abstract of votes

Known as the Colorado Municipal Election Code

The act spans §§ 31-10-1001 to 31-10-913 (162 sections).

Any person who defaces, mutilates, alters, or unlawfully removes the abstract of votes posted outside of a polling place commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
