Limitations on actions

Known as the Special District Act

The act spans §§ 32-1-1001 to 32-1-915 (137 sections).

Any claim for relief under section 32-1-1504 , as it existed prior to July 1, 1992, shall be commenced on or before January 1, 1993, and not thereafter.
