As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board” means the board of directors of a forest improvement district. (2) “Director” means a member of the board of directors of a forest improvement district. (3) “District” means a forest improvement district created pursuant to this article. (4) “Eligible elector” has the same meaning as set forth in section 32-1-103 (5)(a).
