C.R.S. § 33-1-111

Every hearing provided for in articles 1 to 6 of this title to be conducted by the commission or the division shall, except as provided in sections 33-4-101 and 33-6-106 , be conducted by such agency or an administrative law judge designated by such agency pursuant to part 10 of article 30 of title 24 , C.R.S., subject to appropriations for such administrative law judges made to the department of personnel, and every hearing shall comply with the provisions of articles 1 to 6 of this title and the provisions of article 4 of title 24 , C.R.S.
