C.R.S. § 35-13-102

Definitions

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Anhydrous ammonia” means the compound formed by the combination of the two gaseous elements, nitrogen and hydrogen, in the proportion of one part nitrogen to three parts hydrogen by volume in compressed and liquefied form. (2) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture.
