As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Other states of the United States” includes Puerto Rico. (2) “Person” includes an individual, corporation, partnership, firm, business trust, joint stock company, association, syndicate, group, pool, joint venture, and any other unincorporated association or group.
