C.R.S. § 35-53.5-102

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board” means the state board of stock inspection commissioners created in section 35-41-101 (1). (2) “Brand commissioner” means the brand commissioner appointed by the board pursuant to section 35-41-101 (2). (3) “Brand inspector” means an authorized Colorado brand inspector. (4) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture. (5) “Department” means the department of agriculture. (6) “Feedlot” has the meaning set forth in section 35-41-100.3 (2).
