Declaring office of member vacant

Known as the Colorado Beef Council Authority Act

The act spans §§ 35–35 (20 sections).

The governor shall immediately declare the office of any member of the board vacant whenever the governor finds that: The member no longer is actively engaged in the type of beef or dairy production or business the member was engaged in at the time of the member’s appointment; the member has become a resident of another state; the member is unable to perform the duties of the office.
