C.R.S. § 35-57-110

Expenses of members

Known as the Colorado Beef Council Authority Act

The act spans §§ 35–35 (20 sections).

Members, officers, and employees of the board may receive their actual and necessary travel and other expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties. The board shall adopt uniform and reasonable regulations governing the incurring and paying of such expenses.
