As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Authority” means the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-57.8-103 (2). (2) “Board” means the board of directors of the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-57.8-104 (1). (3) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture.
